Moiz M. Carim, M.D. – Dr. Carim, Board Certified Ophthalmologist and Surgeon, has been serving the community since 1982. Dr. Carim is a graduate of Drexel University and Jefferson Medical College. He completed his internship at the University of Pennsylvania and his residency at the Cleveland Clinic in Ohio. His vitreoretinal fellowship training was given at the Scheie Eye Institute, University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, PA.

Michael D. Cefaratti, M.D. – Dr. Cefaratti, Board Certified Ophthalmologist and Surgeon, has been practicing in Berks County since 1963. He is a graduate of Villanova University and Jefferson Medical College. Dr. Cefaratti completed his internship at St. Joseph’s Medical Center, Reading, PA, and his residency at Wills Eye Hospital, Philadelphia, PA. He practices comprehensive ophthalmology specializing in cataract surgery.

Leah R. Wartluft, M.D. – Dr. Wartluft, Ophthalmologist and Surgeon, is a graduate of Drexel University and Temple Medical School, Philadelphia, PA. She completed her internship at St. Francis Hospital, Evanston, IL, and her residency at Temple University Hospital, Philadelphia, PA. She practices comprehensive ophthalmology and specializes in cataract surgery and glaucoma.

Marlon G. Burt, O.D. – Dr. Burt, Optometrist, is a graduate of Brigham Young University, Utah, and the Pennsylvania College of Optometry, Philadelphia. He performs comprehensive eye examinations and specializes in contact lens fitting.

Nicole M. Forney, O.D. – Dr. Forney, Optometrist, is a graduate of Lehigh University, Bethlehem, PA, and the Pennsylvania College of Optometry, Philadelphia. She performs comprehensive eye examinations and specializes in contact lens fitting.

Patrick Stone, O.D. – Dr. Stone, Optometrist, is a graduate of Albright College and New England College of Optometry, Boston, MA. He performs comprehensive eye examinations and has 15 years' experience in contact lens evaluation and fitting.
